The cause of a fire at an electrical substation at 59 and Kirby that knocked out power and caused thick black smoke around 1pm today is unknown, according to officials. Anyone remember Josiah Sutton, the guy who was exonerated in a rape case in 2004 thanks to foul-ups by the HPD crime lab?
