The Wainwright family isn’t lacking in talent. Singer/songwriter Loudon Wainwright III’s father was an editor and columnist for Life magazine, while two of his children, Rufus and Martha, are singer/songwriters themselves. (Loudon wrote a few songs about his kids, including the ironic breastfeeding song "Rufus Is a Tit Man".) Bend Studio's Intimate Evening concert series continues tonight at NiaMoves in The Heights with a performance by Jake Shimabukuro. Shimabukoro is a virtuoso ukulele player who grinds his pint sized axe very well. In fact, he's been called the "Jimi Hendrix of the ukulele." Concert Promoter, Corinne Tames says that tonight's show may be the Houston debut for the Hawaiian artist. The performance sold out days ago after the Houston Hawaiian association publicized the concert......
